At this time we only ship within the US and Canada.
How long does it take to receive my product?
Shipping times can vary depending on where you live however most orders are received within 7-10 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we offer free shipping on all orders over $50
What if my product is damaged on arrival?
It is extremely rare that our products get damaged in transit however we fully guarantee our products and will replace your damaged product at no cost to you.
Do you offer bulk rates on products?
You may submit a request for bulk pricing (quantities of 500 units or more) from HERE and you will be contacted via phone or email regarding your request within 2-3 business days.
Are you affiliated with Eternal Productions?
Yes we help to distribute all of Eternal Productions products.
What if you don't carry the product I want?
If there is a product you would like us to carry please let us know what it is and we’ll see what we can do. We have many affiliations with larger suppliers and may be able to make that product available on our website. Click here to suggest a product to us.
Do I have to have an account to buy products?
Having an account can help speed up your checkout if you plan on returning to our site to buy more products in the future; however you can also check out as a guest without having an account.
